We guarantee that your puppy is in good health at the time of adoption. Each puppy undergoes a thorough veterinary examination before going home, and you will receive a detailed health record, including:

• Any additional treatments or preventative care

2. 72-Hour Initial Health Check

We require that you take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them. During this visit, the vet will confirm your puppy’s health status.

• If the veterinarian identifies a serious health concern that was present before adoption, you must notify us immediately with documentation from the vet.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include covering necessary treatments or offering a replacement puppy.

3. One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

If your puppy is diagnosed with a covered condition within the first year:
